Qualifications for this key position include: 

• A demonstrated passion for home repair projects  

• A track record of high performance and achievement  

• Well-rounded experience in residential construction.  To include a minimum of 3 years experience in one or more of the following trades: 

• • Demolition 
  • Trim and rough carpentry 
  • Cabinet installation 

• • Drywall installation, finishing and repair 
  • Painting 
  • Tile installation and repair 
  • Light plumbing (faucet/fixture replacement, appliance installation) 
  • Light electrical (fixture installation/replacement, device installation/replacement) 

• • Hardware installation 

• Understands the importance of being on time and safety   

• Ability to work in an occupied home. Maintaining a clean and safe work area, at all times, is critical.  

• Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with clients.  

• Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with management.
