Marketing Operations Manager

MOSS Building & Design, an award-winning home remodeling company based in Northern Virginia, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support our growing team. This role is a key partner to our Chief Marketing Officer, ensuring marketing initiatives run efficiently, on time, and with strong cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operations lead for marketing campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and coordination across teams

• Translate strategy into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams and external partners (creative, digital, CRM, web, and content)

• Maintain the marketing calendar, assign tasks, monitor progress, and uphold quality standards throughout each project
• Write copy, manage social media campaigns, plan and organize community events and analyze data
• Support performance tracking and campaign reporting in partnership with analytics

• Ensure alignment across stakeholders through proactive communication and hands-on problem-solving

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field

• Prior project management experience strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred

Role Details

• Location: Northern Virginia (remote 2 days/week, in office 3 days/week)
